Your content

You may only process videos you own or have permission to reuse. You are responsible for the videos you submit and the clips you publish. We may delete accounts that submit content they don't have rights to.

Credits and payments

One credit equals one minute of source video. Credits don't expire. If a video fails to process, its credits are returned automatically. Purchases are otherwise non-refundable except where the law requires it.

Storage

Source videos are kept for 14 days so you can keep editing your clips, then deleted. Finished clips stay in your account until you delete them.

Third-party processing

Audio is sent to OpenAI for transcription, and transcripts are sent to Anthropic to find highlights, write texts and translate captions. For faceless videos, scripts are written by Anthropic's Claude and voices and images are generated by OpenAI. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number.

AI-generated content

Faceless videos contain AI-generated voices and images. You are responsible for checking facts before posting and for labelling the content as AI-generated where a platform requires it.
